This Privacy Policy explains what information Mystic Soul ("Mystic Soul," "we," "us") collects when you use the website and app at getmysticsoul.com(the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. What Mystic Soul is
Mystic Soul offers AI-generated tarot, dream, horoscope, numerology and energy readings for entertainment and self-reflection. It is not a source of medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. See our Terms of Service for the full details.
Information we collect
- Account details — your name and email address when you sign up. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and profile picture from Google. If you sign up with a password, we store only a secure one-way hash of it — never the password itself.
- Profile details you choose to add — such as birth date, zodiac sign, or time zone, used to personalize your readings.
- Your readings — the questions, dreams, or feelings you submit so the Service can generate a response.
- Saved memory (Premium) — short, neutral summaries of past readings used to make future readings more personal. You can view and delete these at any time in your profile.
- Plan status — whether your account is Free or Premium.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
How we use your information
- To create your account and let you sign in.
- To generate and personalize your readings.
- To manage your subscription and access to Premium features.
- To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.
- To respond to your questions and support requests.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and to keep your session secure. We do not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies.
AI processing
Your readings are generated using AI services provided by Anthropic. The text you submit is sent to Anthropic solely to produce your reading. Anthropic does not use data submitted through its API to train its models.
Service providers we rely on
To run the Service, we share the minimum necessary information with trusted providers who process data on our behalf:
- Vercel — website and app hosting.
- Neon — secure database storage.
- Anthropic — AI generation of readings.
- Upstash — rate limiting to protect the Service.
- Google — optional sign-in.
- 2Checkout (Verifone) — payment processing for Premium subscriptions.
Payments
Premium subscriptions are sold and processed by 2Checkout (Verifone), acting as our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Your card and billing details are entered on 2Checkout's secure checkout and are handled by them — we never see or store your full payment card number. Please also review 2Checkout's Privacy Policy.
How long we keep your data
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data, except where we must keep limited records to meet legal or payment obligations.
Your rights
You can, at any time:
- Access the information we hold about you.
- Delete your saved memory directly from your profile, item by item or all at once.
- Request correction or deletion of your account and personal data by emailing us.

Children
The Service is intended for adults 18 and older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable technical measures to protect your information. No online service can be perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
International users
The Service is operated from Ukraine and uses providers located in other countries. By using the Service, you understand your information may be processed in countries other than your own.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be made clear within the Service.
