Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mystic Soul, available at getmysticsoul.com(the "Service"), operated by an independent developer ("Mystic Soul," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What Mystic Soul is

Mystic Soul provides AI-generated tarot, dream, horoscope, numerology and energy readings for entertainment and self-reflection. Readings are created by artificial intelligence and are not facts, predictions, or professional advice of any kind.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you are.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4. Free and Premium plans

  • Free — one reading per day, with access to core reading types, at no cost.
  • Premium — unlimited readings plus numerology, love compatibility, saved memory and daily guidance, for $12.99 per month.

5. Billing and cancellation

Premium subscriptions are sold and processed by 2Checkout (Verifone), our authorized reseller and merchant of record. By subscribing, you also agree to 2Checkout's terms presented at checkout.

  • Your subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel, and your payment method is charged $12.99 at the start of each billing period.
  • You can cancel at any time through the link in your 2Checkout receipt or by emailing us. After cancelling, your Premium access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Prices may change in the future; we will give notice before any change affects you, and a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

6. Refunds

Because the Service is digital and delivered immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If something went wrong, contact us within 14 days of a charge at runaluppa@gmail.com and we will review your request in good faith. Approved refunds are processed by 2Checkout.

7. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Use it for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Resell, copy, or redistribute the Service or its content without permission.

8. Important: not professional advice

Mystic Soul is for entertainment and gentle self-reflection only. It does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it for important decisions. Always consult a qualified professional when you need real guidance.

If you are in crisis or may be in danger, the Service cannot help — please contact your local emergency services or a crisis hotline right away.

9. AI-generated content

Readings are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected. They are offered "as is," for reflection, and are not statements of fact about you, your future, or anyone else.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text and branding, belongs to Mystic Soul. The reading text generated for you is yours to keep and use for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mystic Soul is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Changes to these Terms or the Service

We may update these Terms or the Service over time. When we change the Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes will be made clear within the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
